Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated 08 Oct 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is part of the Terms of Service. It lists activities that are not allowed on the PHproxies network. You are responsible for all traffic sent through your account and your whitelisted IP addresses.
Prohibited activities
You may not use the Service, directly or indirectly, to:
- break any applicable law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;
- send spam, bulk or unsolicited messages of any kind (e-mail, SMS, social media, forums, comments). Outgoing e-mail ports (25, 465, 587) are blocked;
- commit or facilitate fraud: carding, payment or refund fraud, identity theft, phishing, fake accounts or reviews, ad or click fraud, affiliate or bonus abuse;
- access accounts or systems without authorisation: credential stuffing, password spraying, brute force, account takeover, exploiting vulnerabilities, or scanning networks you do not own or are not authorised to test;
- launch or participate in denial-of-service attacks, flooding or any activity that disrupts a website, network or service — including ours;
- distribute malware, ransomware, botnet command-and-control, or cryptocurrency mining without consent;
- access, distribute or host child sexual abuse material, terrorist content, or any content that is illegal where you or the target are located;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of third parties, including unauthorised collection of personal data;
- harass, threaten, stalk or defame any person;
- purchase or scalp limited goods or tickets in violation of the seller's terms, or manipulate online polls, votes or rankings;
- resell, sublicense or share the Service without our written permission;
- bypass or attempt to bypass our connection limits, whitelist, blocks or security measures — for example by whitelisting IP addresses of third parties to resell or share connection capacity — or interfere with other customers.
Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion and without notice or refund:
- block specific destinations, ports or protocols;
- throttle, suspend or permanently terminate your account;
- remove whitelisted IP addresses;
- preserve and share relevant information with law-enforcement agencies or affected parties;
- forfeit any remaining balance, packages, extra connections, plan time or traffic.
Abuse complaints received about traffic from your account may lead to the actions above even while we investigate. You agree to indemnify us for any damage, costs or claims resulting from your violation of this AUP.
