Privacy Policy

Last updated 08 Oct 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information PHproxies ("we") collects when you use https://phproxies.com and our proxy services, why we collect it and how we handle it.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name, e-mail address, optional username and Telegram handle, a hashed password, two-factor authentication settings, and your account preferences.

Billing information — deposit and purchase history, invoice amounts, coin and network, blockchain transaction IDs and payment addresses. Payments are processed by third-party crypto payment processors; we do not receive or store bank card data.

Service data — the IP addresses you whitelist, your packages, plans and limits (including extra connections), and technical metadata generated when you use the proxies: connection timestamps, number of open connections, traffic volume (bytes up / down), request counts and outcomes, targeting options (country, region, city, session), and aggregated destination hostnames. We do not record the content of your traffic.

Website and security data — the IP address and browser user agent used to access the website, sign-in history, account activity logs (for example password changes, IP whitelist changes, purchases) and support tickets you send us.

2. How we use information

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share information only with: service providers that help us run the Service (hosting, e-mail delivery, payment processors, captcha providers, proxy network suppliers) under confidentiality obligations; law-enforcement agencies, courts or affected parties when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect our rights, our network or others; and a successor in case of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

4. Retention

We keep account and billing records for as long as your account exists and as long as needed for accounting, legal, security and abuse-prevention purposes. Usage statistics and activity logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated. Backups may retain data for an additional limited time.

5. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (encrypted connections, hashed passwords, optional two-factor authentication, access controls). No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile and security settings from your dashboard. You may ask us to close your account and delete personal data we are not required to keep by contacting [email protected]. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund.

7. Cookies

See our Cookie Policy.

8. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy at any time by posting the new version on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.
