Refund Policy
All sales are final — no refunds
Because proxy access, connection capacity and IP resources are delivered and reserved instantly and cannot be returned, PHproxies does not offer refunds, credits, exchanges or compensation of any kind, under any circumstances. By adding funds or making a purchase you expressly acknowledge and accept this policy.
This applies without exception to:
- wallet deposits and wallet balances, including bonuses;
- plans, packages, renewals and extra connections — whether used, partially used or completely unused;
- unused connections, days, sessions or traffic remaining when a package or extra connections expire, or when a package is renewed;
- connections refused because you reached the concurrent connection limit of your plan;
- dissatisfaction with latency, success rate, IP quality, IP pool size or available locations;
- target websites that block, rate-limit, show captchas to or ban our IP addresses or your accounts;
- incompatibility with your software, device, network or intended use;
- service interruptions, maintenance, outages, slowdowns or changes to features, locations or plans;
- accidental purchases, duplicate purchases or purchasing the wrong plan;
- accounts suspended or terminated for any reason, including violations of the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy;
- lost access to your account, 2FA app, recovery codes or e-mail address.
Cryptocurrency payments
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Payments sent with a wrong amount, on a wrong network, to a wrong or expired address, or with insufficient network fees may be permanently lost. We are not responsible for such losses and cannot return them. Underpaid invoices are credited only for the amount actually received once confirmed.
Wallet balance
Wallet balance is a non-refundable prepaid credit that can only be spent on PHproxies services. It cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, exchanged or transferred to another person or account.
Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a chargeback, payment dispute or reversal with any payment provider is a violation of our Terms. It results in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and the forfeiture of all remaining balance and services, and we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount and any related costs.
